DSCG is a privately-owned company based in Milwaukee, WI and has been operating since 2005.  DSCG partners have previously focused on clients in the public sector, and have deep knowledge of the public pension arena.  They have over 30 years of combined experience in business consulting and IT systems integration.

JOHN DUGAN

Partner / Owner

John Dugan has over 17 years of experience working in all phases of large ERP and custom system implementations.  His most recent experience is working with the City of Milwaukee Employes' Retirement System  which has given him extensive experience in the design, implementation and maintenance of public pension systems.  Prior to this, he was a Manager at Accenture, where he worked extensively with large ERP system implementations - specifically PeopleSoft’s HRMS module (HR, Benefits and Payroll).

John is particularly skilled at functional and business analysis, planning and executing functional test plans and quality assurance practices - all aimed at delivering zero defect work products to his clients.  John has been involved in all phases of the project life cycle which has given him a solid understanding of IT Project Management.  John also possesses a good combination of technical and functional aptitude which contributes to his skill in working and communicating with different the many different stakeholders in a project - management, users, vendors and developers.

TARIQ (TERRY) SIDDIQUI, PMP

Partner / Owner

Terry Siddiqui has been in the business and IT consulting world since 1999, when he started his career with Accenture (Andersen Consulting at that time).  Since then he has worked on several projects, both technology centric as well as process oriented, taking on various roles progressing to team lead and project manager.  He has extensive experience in the public pension arena and most recently has been working with the City of Milwaukee's Employes' Retirement System. 

Terry has focused on system implementation and providing operational guidance and support.  He has provided IV&V services and quality assurance, managed system and release rollouts, overseen and executed data conversions, implemented tax and payroll reporting, assisted in benefits administration, and supported operations.  Over his career he has worked closely with client executives, City elected officials and cabinet positions, technology vendors, programmers and functional analysts, actuaries, internal and external auditors, and legal counsel. 

While he continues to work in areas that may be complicated, his goal is to provide solutions to clients that are simple, as much as possible, and are also easy to implement.
